As a performance-focused club, we specialise in training swimmers for competitive events.

Please note that we do not provide learn-to-swim lessons.

Our minimum entry requirements are designed to ensure swimmers possess the foundational skills necessary for competitive training.

	10 & Under	11 & Over
Swimming Distance	Minimum of 100m, continuously & unaided, using a variety of strokes	Minimum of 200m, continuously & unaided, using a variety of strokes
Stroke Proficiency	Must demonstrate ability to swim Front Crawl, Backstroke & Breaststroke Should display a basic understanding of Butterfly stroke	Must demonstrate the ability to swim all four competitive strokes: Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. While previous competitive training is not required, swimmers should be able to demonstrate control, coordination, and understanding of each stroke
Breaststroke Technique	Must perform a Breaststroke kick where both legs move together in a symmetrical, circular motion, with feet turning outwards together for effective propulsion
Diving	Swimmers should be able to demonstrate an ability to enter the water safely, either through diving or jumping Exposure to diving is a bonus	Swimmers should be able to confidently and safely dive from the poolside into the water
